Scrum Master - Role Overview  

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team on a project that requires SC Clearance. This role will be outside IR35, allowing for greater flexibility in your work arrangements. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Agile methodologies and will play a critical role in facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality results.

Responsibilities  

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.  

- Coach team members in Agile principles and practises to enhance collaboration and efficiency.  

- Remove impediments that hinder the team s progress and escalate issues as necessary.  

- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure that user stories are well-defined and prioritised.  

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and promote the use of data-driven practises.  

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.  

- Utilise tools and frameworks, specifically Quantexa and Data Bricks, to support data analysis and decision-making processes.  

Qualifications  

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.  

- Strong understanding of Scrum practises and Agile methodologies.  

- Experience working with Quantexa and Data Bricks is essential.  

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.  

- Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.  

- Relevant Scrum Master certification is preferred.  

- SC Clearance is required for this position.
