Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customer project points of contact and cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure project alignment with inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, meeting all milestones and objectives.
- Maintain strong communication and foster a collaborative environment.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role.
- Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications, preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise or fast-paced environment, preferred.
- Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.), preferred.

Job description:
The Scrum Master will work closely with the customer project POC s, and the cross-functional project team. The Scrum Master will ensure that the project is aligned with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the projects, ensuring that all milestones and objectives are met effectively and efficiently. By maintaining strong lines of communication and a collaborative spirit and can work together to achieve our project goals successfully.
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role.
