Summary: Stefanini Group is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team, with the position available in Richmond, VA, Kansas City, MO, or Dallas, TX, and initially remote. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and coaching teams in Agile practices. Responsibilities include implementing Agile techniques and working with Scrum teams to achieve project goals. The role requires a strong understanding of various Agile frameworks and tools, along with relevant certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in Agile Scrum, preferably as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in scaled Agile (SAFE).
- Working experience with Scrum teams.
- Coaching new and existing teams in Scrum and/or Kanban/Scrumban best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tooling such as JIRA, AgileCraft, VersionOne, TFS.
- Implementing Agile techniques in different cultures and environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Testing & Integration.
- Minimum 4-6 years of previous Agile Coaching or Scrum Master experience.
- Agile Certification preferred (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP).
Key Skills:
- Deep knowledge of all Scrum roles and Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience in Agile Coaching.
- Ability to coach teams to meet sprint and release goals.
- Knowledge of or experience in a scaled agile environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Agile Certification (preferred).
