Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement to optimize team productivity.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to promote self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time to stakeholders.
- Act as a servant-leader, guiding the team through challenges and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and drive organizational agility.
- Contribute to the refinement and evolution of Agile processes and frameworks to meet the needs of the organization.
Key Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) certification required.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative Agile environment is a plus.
