The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and possess certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM), along with a SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certificate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive process improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with project goals.Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement to optimize team productivity.Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to promote self-organization and cross-functionality.Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time to stakeholders.Act as a servant-leader, guiding the team through challenges and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and drive organizational agility.Contribute to the refinement and evolution of Agile processes and frameworks to meet the needs of the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in B.A, B.S or equivalent practical experience.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) certification required.SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification highly preferred.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative Agile environment is a plus.Desired Skills:Remote (East Coast) optional with required Travel Required for PI PlanningsBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Retirement savings plan with employer match.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Dynamic and inclusive work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.
