Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation and delivery excellence across cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile coaching, Scrum facilitation, sprint planning, backlog management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires partnering with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to improve Agile maturity and ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum, and best practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams in sprint backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, and execution.
- Remove impediments and help teams maintain consistent sprint velocity.
- Foster an Agile mindset and promote continuous improvement across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized, and actionable product backlogs.
- Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and team health.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks while tailoring practices to organizational needs.

- Advanced Sprint Backlog Management
- 2–5 years of Agile delivery experience
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and stakeholder collaboration
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist certification
- Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices
- Experience working in enterprise Agile environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery professional.
- Proven ability to coach multiple Agile teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
