Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves facilitating Agile practices within a collaborative team for a managed service provider. The position requires coaching teams, supporting the Product Owner, and driving effective sprint delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of Scrum frameworks. This is a remote position with occasional onsite requirements in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Support end to end sprint cycles, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritise the backlog and ensure sprint readiness
- Promote and embed Agile principles and best practices across the team
- Track and report sprint metrics (eg velocity, burndown charts), using data to improve team performance
- Maintain and manage Agile boards and workflows using Jira
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders, fostering high performing, self organising teams
- Identify and remove blockers to keep delivery on track
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks and Agile delivery principles
- Hands on experience with Jira
- Confident facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies
- Experience with sprint metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) - desirable
- Experience working with cross functional delivery teams - desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - desirable

Atrium EMEA are supporting a large managed service provider and looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a collaborative Agile team where you will play a key role in facilitating Agile ways of working, supporting the Product Owner, and enabling teams to continuously improve and deliver value.
