Summary: The Scrum Master role involves overseeing the execution of a major data platform initiative, ensuring quality management and financial delivery. The position requires defining and executing agile processes while maintaining transparent communication with leadership and stakeholders. The Scrum Master will collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in driving a data-driven culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the program of work, quality management systems (QMS), and financial delivery to ensure successful execution of our mission.
• Define, build, and execute internal processes for agile planning and delivery across the entire portfolio.
• Ensure transparent progress reporting to leadership and key partners/stakeholders, raising issues/blockers/misalignments early to prevent major problems.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to ensure best-in-class software delivery and overall ways of working.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services.
• Proficiency in using Jira for agile project management and tracking.
• Experience with Cubit or similar tools for data management and analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
