Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves leading a pivotal software implementation for a scaling financial services company in Bristol. The position requires a strong background in software delivery, particularly within the pensions sector, and a technical understanding of .Net and Web APIs. The Scrum Master will work closely with smaller teams to ensure successful project execution. This is an inside IR35 role with a contract duration of 12 months following the project delivery in November.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software implementations.
- Facilitate Scrum processes and ceremonies.
- Collaborate with smaller teams to ensure effective delivery.
- Identify and address process gaps in software delivery.
Key Skills:
- Experience delivering end to end software implementations.
- Technical understanding within .Net, integration, Web APIs from a delivery standpoint.
- Ideally worked within pensions previously.
- Experience working alongside smaller teams as the core Scrum Master.
Salary (Rate): £600 Daily
