Summary: The role of Scrum Master in the Enterprise Architecture division involves leading multiple Agile teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Agile teams through end-to-end planning and execution of projects.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean best practices.
- Facilitate key ceremonies sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
- Identify and remove impediments, track team progress, and manage risks.
- Develop and maintain Agile metrics (e.g., burndown/burnup charts) using Jira.
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and communication across onshore and offshore teams.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably in an enterprise environment).
- 5+ years of experience in Agile software delivery as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Developer.
- Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile or Program Increment (PI) Planning.
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile techniques (User Stories, CI/CD, TDD, Automated Testing).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or ICAgile are highly preferred.
