Summary: The Scrum Master role involves serving as a facilitator and leader for Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and facilitator for Agile/Scrum teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure scrum principles and practices are followed across the team.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog.
• Strong experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
