Summary: The Scrum Master/Associate Product Manager role focuses on optimizing project management and documentation processes, primarily through the maintenance of JIRA and Confluence platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Optimize JIRA & Confluence: Ensure the platforms are up-to-date, well organized, and aligned with team workflows, standards, and best practices for agile project management and documentation.
- Support Workflow Automation: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline project tracking, reporting, and documentation processes to improve team efficiency.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between the AI platform team and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable JIRA tickets and Confluence pages.
- Ensure Data Quality & Consistency: Regularly review and audit JIRA and Confluence content to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Track Progress & Metrics: Monitor project progress, team velocity, and other key metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Promote Best Practices: Advocate for best practices in documentation and project management to enhance team productivity and transparency.
- Training & Support: Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to team members on effective use of JIRA and Confluence.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new features and best practices for JIRA and Confluence, recommending improvements to optimize team workflows.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, and supporting agile teams.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence: Hands-on experience in maintaining, customizing, and optimizing these platforms for project management and documentation.
