Summary: We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner to enhance agility and continuous improvement within our healthcare organization. This role involves acting as a servant leader to facilitate, coach, and mentor teams in adopting Agile values and practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development and Agile methodologies, with a focus on collaboration and high performance. This position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Agile frameworks, methods, and techniques are understood and effectively enacted.
- Champion the values of the Agile Manifesto and the twelve principles of Agile.
- Facilitate and coach teams, employees, and stakeholders in modern product development practices.
- Serve as a facilitator, trainer, coach, and mentor for teams and the broader organization.
- Support a learning culture focused on personal mastery, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking.
- Measure progress through learning milestones and continuous improvement.
- Embody and promote the five Scrum values: focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in Product and/or IT roles
- 2+ years as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
- 1+ year applying multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS)
- 1+ year working on large-scale, multi-team Scrum projects
- Scrum Master Certification
- Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency in software development
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
