Summary: We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Practitioner to enhance agility and continuous improvement within our healthcare organization. The role involves facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams to adopt Agile methodologies that foster collaboration and high performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile practices and a strong commitment to the Agile values. This position is a W2 contract with multiple openings available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Agile frameworks, methods, and techniques are understood and effectively enacted.
- Champion the values of the Agile Manifesto and the twelve principles of Agile.
- Facilitate and coach teams, employees, and stakeholders in modern product development practices.
- Serve as a facilitator, trainer, coach, and mentor for teams and the broader organization.
- Support a learning culture focused on personal mastery, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking.
- Measure progress through learning milestones and continuous improvement.
- Embody and promote the five Scrum values: focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years in Product and/or IT roles
- 2+ years as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
- 1+ year applying multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS)
- 1+ year working on large-scale, multi-team Scrum projects
- Scrum Master Certification
- Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency in software development
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
