Scrum Master/Agile Coach

Summary: Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in Teradata decommissioning and cloud modernization initiatives. The role demands agile expertise, technical knowledge, and change management skills to facilitate the migration from legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)
• Remove impediments and coach teams on agile principles and self-organization
• Coordinate Teradata-to-cloud migration activities (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Manage dependencies between decommissioning activities and downstream systems
• Serve as liaison between development teams and business stakeholders
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress
• Identify process improvements and implement agile best practices
• Support risk identification and mitigation for legacy system retirement

Key Skills:

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• 3+ years on cloud migration/modernization projects
• Experience with data warehouse decommissioning or legacy system migrations
• Understanding of Teradata, data warehousing, and SQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native data services
• Knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data migration methodologies
