Summary: The role of SCRUM Master/Agile Coach/IT Delivery Manager involves supporting an international client in driving agile transformation across their business. The position requires extensive experience in SCRUM and IT delivery management, with a focus on facilitating agile practices and improving delivery frameworks. The role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site workshops in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing agile teams and hybrid delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SCRUM Master/Agile Coach for one or more Agile teams
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Coordinate delivery across hybrid project environments
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery roadmaps
- Design, implement or improve processes that bridge Agile and traditional approaches
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in current delivery frameworks
- Define and track delivery KPIs and metrics to measure team performance
- Establish templates, playbooks, and best practices for execution, governance and continuous improvement
- Proactively manage communication with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
- Drive agile transformation across the business
- Drive continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Long-term project experience as SCRUM Master/IT Delivery Manager (5 years +)
- Strong project experience as IT Delivery Manager and Process Manager
- Experience in leading multiple agile teams
- Project experience in agile transformation projects
- Project experience in managing hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall/traditional)
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban, Lean
- Project experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps and/or Rally
- Proven experience with Agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe, Spotify Model, or LeSS
- Strong stakeholder management and change management experience
- Experience in Data Integration projects in manufacturing industry - preferred
- Experience in international organisations
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or PMP - nice to have
- Fluency in English

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master/Agile Coach/IT Delivery Manager.
Your main task is to support the client in driving the agile transformation across the business.
This is a SCRUM Master/Delivery Management position in the IT space.
Experience in both areas is a must.
Tasks:
* Act as SCRUM Master/Agile Coach for one or more Agile teams
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
* Coordinate delivery across hybrid project environments
* Develop and maintain integrated delivery roadmaps
* Design, implement or improve processes that bridge Agile and traditional approaches (part of data integration projects & teams)
* Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in current delivery frameworks; develop actionable process enhancements.
* Define and track delivery KPIs and metrics to measure team performance, predict delivery risks and enable data-driven decision-making
* Establish templates, playbooks, and best practices for execution, governance and continuous improvement
* Stakeholder & Change Management
* Proactively manage communication with internal teams, clients, and external vendors, resolving blockers and escalating risks as needed
* Drive agile transformation across the business
* Drive continues improvement
