Summary: The role of SCRUM Master/Agile Coach involves supporting an international client in driving agile transformation and coaching teams on agile best practices. The position requires extensive experience in leading multiple agile teams and facilitating key Agile ceremonies. The role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site workshops in Germany. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SCRUM Master/Agile Coach
- Drive agile transformation across the business
- Lead multiple agile teams
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering team
- Best practice advise on agile practices
- Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and technical agility best practices
- Coach junior Scrum Masters
- Drive continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Long-term project experience as SCRUM Master/Agile Coach (5 years +)
- Project experience as Coach/Mentor/Lead
- Experience in leading multiple agile teams
- Project experience in agile transformation projects
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban, Lean
- Project experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps and/or Rally
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile technical practices, improving development speed and quality
- Proven experience with Agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe, Spotify Model, or LeSS
- Experience in international organisations
- Fluency in English

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master/Agile Coach.
Your main task is to support the client in driving the agile transformation across the business and to coach the teams on agile best practice and agile excellence.
