Summary: We are looking for a skilled Scrum/Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of Front End platform builds and application modernization projects in a cloud-based AWS environment. The role involves driving Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring teams meet their Sprint goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital or cloud-focused projects and will be responsible for removing impediments to ensure successful project delivery. This is a remote, 3-month contract position with a daily rate of £420 via Umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile delivery across active projects, ensuring progress against defined Sprint goals
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Testers to ensure alignment and flow
  • Manage delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies across teams
  • Support the delivery of a new Front End platform and an AWS-based application modernization programme
  • Drive continuous improvement, Agile best practices, and team efficiency
  • Remove blockers and ensure teams have everything they need to deliver successfully
  • Maintain clear reporting of progress, impediments, and delivery metrics

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Strong background managing digital or cloud-focused projects (AWS experience desirable)
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage delivery timelines
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience delivering Front End or modernization-based projects is highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement

We are seeking an experienced Scrum/Agile Delivery Manager to oversee delivery across Front End platform build and an application modernisation projects within a cloud-based AWS environment.
