Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the manager to define technical strategy and roadmap
  • Drive forward-looking, solution-oriented initiatives rather than simply executing tasks
  • Lead initiatives focused on parts ordering and catalog modernization
  • Address current challenges such as lack of visibility into similar parts across vendors, inability to compare pricing across suppliers, and limited automation in the parts ordering process
  • Help design systems that enable identification of interchangeable parts, cost optimization across multiple vendors, and increased automation and scalability
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to build mechanisms that help diagnose issues and prescribe fixes
  • Support automation of the end-to-end parts ordering workflow
  • Support the evolution of regulatory support mechanisms into scalable, potentially commercial products
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to incorporate AI into regulatory workflows and design and implement AI-enabled solutions
  • Help shape the long-term funding and execution strategy for regulatory automation initiatives
  • Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, supply chain, and regulatory teams
  • Build and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes in an executive-ready format

Key Skills:

  • Technical Program Manager experience (technical background preferred versus PM TPM role)
  • Ability to confidently engage with engineers and understand technical tradeoffs
  • Experience setting technical direction in partnership with leadership
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks
  • Ability to introduce and apply best practices from prior organizations
  • Strong experience with Power BI, open to other BI tools if SCM experience
  • Experience working with data from Snowflake
  • Ability to combine technical data sources into meaningful executive insights
  • Willingness to learn, adopt, and articulate the use of AI tools
  • Ability to discuss how AI is used today, preferred tools and rationale, and how AI can improve workflows and decision-making
  • Azure strongly preferred (Azure-first environment)

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to partner closely with leadership to drive strategy and execution across Supply Chain Modernization and Regulatory Automation initiatives. This role focuses on improving parts ordering, catalog modernization, automation, and scalable regulatory solutions.

The TPM will operate independently, with minimal coaching, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Partner with the manager to define technical strategy and roadmap

Supply Chain Modernization

  • Lead initiatives focused on parts ordering and catalog modernization
  • Address current challenges such as:
