SCM - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Functional Consultant

Job Description

Lead the PLM workstream migrating legacy Agile PLM processes and data into Oracle Fusion. Define and govern product data, design structures, item/BOM relationships, and product-definition standards.

Lead product change request, change order, approval, and publishing workflows.

Drive design, prototyping, product readiness, commercialization, and launch processes in the new platform.

Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT to align process decisions and integrations.

Ensure PLM design supports quality controls, corrective actions, and end-of-life/retirement planning.

Facilitate design workshops, manage decisions and scope changes, and prepare the business for testing and adoption.

Provide functional leadership to the OCS delivery team through validation, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.

Serve as the cross-workstream PLM lead, coordinating product data, change, and release dependencies across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, commercial, and integration teams.
