Summary: The SCM Oracle Fusion Project Manager will lead the migration of two warehouses from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion SCM, ensuring a smooth transition and optimizing supply chain processes. This role requires significant experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and involves managing project plans, timelines, and resources. The contract is outside IR35 and runs until the end of Q1 2026, with occasional travel to Europe and Leicestershire for key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of two warehouses from legacy applications to Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for the warehouse migrations.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery of the migration.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and take corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the testing and validation of Oracle Fusion SCM functionality across both warehouses.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Fusion.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct training and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
  • Travel to Europe and Leicestershire as required for project milestones and key stakeholder meetings.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience with Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, particularly in migrating from legacy systems.
  • Proven experience in managing the migration of warehouses or similar supply chain operations to Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management processes and best practices.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel to Europe and Leicestershire for key project events and meetings.
