Summary: The SCADA Ops Engineer role focuses on supporting and troubleshooting the operational SCADA environment, particularly with OSII-Monarch's power system applications, including Automatic Generation Control (AGC). The position requires a solid understanding of communication protocols and NERC CIP security principles, as well as experience with Remote Terminal Units (RTUs). Key Responsibilities:
- Supports and troubleshoots the operational SCADA environment while ensuring optimized monitoring and system reliability reporting.
- Supports and troubleshoots OSII-Monarch's Power System Applications including Automatic Generation Control (AGC).
- Maintains Monarch custom DB configurations.
Key Skills:
- Solid knowledge and experience with OSII-Monarch's power system applications.
- Strong support background with RTU (Remote Terminal Unit).
- Understanding of communication protocols such as DNP3, Modbus, ICCP.
