Summary: The SCADA Ops Engineer role focuses on supporting and troubleshooting the operational SCADA environment, particularly with OSII-Monarch's power system applications, including Automatic Generation Control (AGC). The position requires a solid understanding of communication protocols and NERC CIP security principles, as well as experience with Remote Terminal Units (RTUs). The engineer will also maintain custom database configurations to ensure system reliability and optimized monitoring.

- Supports and troubleshoots the operational SCADA environment while ensuring optimized monitoring and system reliability reporting.
- Supports and troubleshoots OSII-Monarch's Power System Applications including Automatic Generation Control (AGC).
- Maintains Monarch custom DB configurations.
