Summary: The role of Team Lead / SME in the Power Energy domain involves leading a technical team focused on grid technologies, particularly ADMS and SCADA systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a technical team focused on the Power Energy domain.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for grid technologies, particularly in ADMS and SCADA systems.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize grid technology solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools relevant to power energy management.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and quality parameters.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of power grid technologies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project status and technical solutions to stakeholders and management.
• ADMS/SCADA experience in grid technology is a significant advantage.
