Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy SCADA systems for utility or industrial operations
- Integrate SCADA with field devices such as RTUs, PLCs, and IEDs
- Configure real-time data acquisition, alarms, events, and historian systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, OT, engineering) for system integration
- Support system testing (FAT, SAT, UAT) and commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot SCADA issues and provide production support
- Maintain system performance, availability, and reliability
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and industry standards
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SCADA platforms such as GE SCADA / GridOS and ABB SCADA systems
- Solid understanding of control systems, telemetry, and automation
- Experience with RTU/PLC configuration and field communication
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) in OT environments
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) is a plus
- Understanding of electric utility or industrial processes
