Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end test strategy, planning, and delivery
  • Coordinate system, service, and platform testing within secure environments
  • Oversee Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) and Performance Testing
  • Manage test phases for system and service migrations
  • Work closely with technical, security, and delivery teams to ensure test coverage
  • Produce and maintain test artefacts, reports, and governance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UK Government testing standards and frameworks
  • Act as a key point of contact for test assurance and quality risks

Key Skills:

  • Active and transferable SC Clearance
  • Demonstrable experience working on UK Government programmes
  • Strong Test Management experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Solid understanding of technology platforms including: Security platforms, Cloud technologies, Database systems, AIX, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Relational Database Service (RDS)
  • Proven experience delivering testing for system and service migrations
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT)
  • Experience with Performance Testing approaches and tooling
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Test Manager to support a high-profile programme within a UK Government / Secure Environment . The successful candidate must have live and active Security Clearance (SC) and proven experience working on UK Government programmes . You will be responsible for leading test activities across complex technology platforms, supporting system and service migrations, and ensuring quality and assurance throughout delivery.
