Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of data migration activities across business and technical teams
- Gather, document and manage business requirements
- Maintain requirements traceability across the project life cycle
- Assist in the creation and management of MI dashboards and reporting
- Work with stakeholders to clarify and refine ambiguous or evolving requirements
- Support data-related activities including validation, reconciliation and reporting
- Collaborate closely with PMO, Project Managers and technical teams
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst (or Junior BA)
- Exposure to data migration projects or data-focused environments
- Experience working with dashboards/MI reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage requirements traceability
- Comfortable working in environments where requirements may be unclear or evolving
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

We're currently supporting a programme looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join a data migration project, working across key business areas including Finance, HR and Payroll.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their BA career to gain hands-on experience within a complex transformation environment, particularly focused on data, reporting and requirements management.
