My client, a market leader in their field require a SC Cleared ServiceNow developer/Lead responsible for ensuring the availability and operability of the Service Desk Portal and Customer Assist ensuring all issues are owned and resolved.

Your Cv must evidence recent experience with the following:

  • Current SC Clearance
  • Proven experience in developing and managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Experience in Scripting and automating tasks within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and other integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL v3/v4 processes and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and/or SecOps.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow MID Server and Orchestration capabilities.
  • Responsible for supporting business development activities and proposals relating to specialisms
  • Responsible for providing high quality performance and value
  • Responsible for escalating any performance issues/concerns
  • Responsible for working inline with ISO20000-1 SMS
  • Responsible for taking ownership of Service Continuity issues
  • Responsible for ensuring that the ServiceNow daily compliance score is greater than or equal to 90% indicating that the instance is compliant with critical security controls for both the Service Desk Portal and Customer Assist
  • Responsible for all configuration and development within both Service Desk Portal and Customer Assist, ensuring that all code and configuration is deployed via update sets.
  • Responsible for all integration of the Service Desk Portal and Customer Assist with internal or client systems, using the Integration Hub wherever possible, and ensuring that there is appropriate monitoring and alerting configured

This contract is initially for 6 - 9 months and is likely to extend way beyond this.

This contract is Inside IR35.
