Summary: The role of SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect requires an individual with live SC clearance to oversee and enhance the ServiceNow environment. The position is fully remote and can be either a contract or permanent role, focusing on system ownership and team leadership. The architect will be responsible for managing BAU processes, feature development, and preparing for major upgrades. Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules and integrations is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as system owner, safeguarding the Service-Now environment.
• Handle BAU processes and development of new features/enhancements.
• Supervise and guide a varied team (Business Analysts, Developers, Administrators, Consultants).
• Prepare for and lead a major upgrade in the new year.
• Understand upgrade processes, testing, and automated test frameworks.

• Strong Service-Now expertise across CSM, ITSM, ITOM.
• Integrations, Mid Servers.
• Domain Separation, Encryption.
• Experience with environment configuration, feature development, and team leadership.
