Role: Senior DevOps Engineer - SC Cleared - 12 months - Remote:

  • Rate: 500 - 640p/d Inside (Umbrella)
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 12 months rolling
  • Start date: End Dec/Early Jan start
  • IR35: Inside IR35
  • Client: Public Sector/Defence

Experis are working with a large-scale Software Data Solutions organisation who are within the Public Sector looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who currently holds Active SC Clearance. A lot of the work is based surrounding virtual machines and on the cloud, primarily with Azure.

Key Skills/Experience

Essential

  • Active SC Clearance is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer with Infrastructure or Development background.
  • Windows and Linux operating system experience.
  • Cloud experience - Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Networking experience.
  • Scripting/programming experience (PowerShell, Bash etc...)
  • Automation - Ansible, Puppet or similar.
  • Containerisation and orchestration - Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, etc...
  • Knowledge of Networking and Automated Testing Techniques.
