Summary: The role of Senior Datalink Technical Expert involves leading technical investigations and stakeholder engagement for a major European aviation programme. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as SME for datalink systems: ADS-C, CPDLC, VDL Mode 2
- Lead and support technical and operational investigations
- Conduct root cause analysis of datalink incidents and performance issues
- Engage with key stakeholders including:
- ANSPs
- Communication service providers
- Aircraft manufacturers
- Validate corrective actions and remediation strategies
- Contribute to technical governance, reporting, and documentation
