Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Create and optimize data models, relationships, and calculated measures using DAX
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Power Query
- Connect to various data sources (SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, Excel, etc.)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage workspace access in Power BI Service
- Optimize report performance and usability
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards
- Provide user training and support for business users
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and processes
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics
- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service
- Advanced knowledge of DAX and data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, measures)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with relational databases (eg, Microsoft SQL Server)
- Understanding of data warehousing principles
