Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong HPE Aruba networking expertise to support the design, implementation, management, and optimisation of enterprise network infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining highly available LAN, WLAN, and network security services while supporting business-critical environments and transformation projects.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of Aruba switching, wireless networking, Aruba Central, ClearPass, and network security technologies, along with strong troubleshooting and operational support experience.
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support the organisation's network operations and delivery function.
The role will focus on the testing, deployment and operational support of HPE network device firmware and software updates across the production environment.

Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with HPE Aruba networking technologies.
- Proven experience supporting Aruba wireless and switching solutions.
- Experience implementing and managing Aruba ClearPass.
- Experience with enterprise WLAN design and troubleshooting.
- Strong operational support and incident management background.
- Experience working within ITIL service management environments.
Desirable Experience
- Large-scale campus network deployments.
- Multi-site enterprise environments.
- Government, Defence, Critical National Infrastructure, or highly regulated sectors.
- Software Defined Networking (SDN).
- Network automation using Python, Ansible, or REST APIs.
- Hybrid cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
- Secure environments requiring SC or DV clearance.
