What we're after is someone with server and desktop .NET as well as probably advanced MS Access and SQL Server. As the priorities will be the SQL/Access areas.

Technical skills: of which all requires an equal understanding in to both develop and support .NET (web and Winforms desktop) MS replication services and interaction with older style Oracle connections C# VB.NET ASP.NET VBScript WebAPI WCF MS Access including advanced VBA skills RTF PDF & FOP & FO.NET SQL Server T-SQL SQL sp's and udf's Oracle PL/SQL Visual Studio incl.
