Summary: The IAM/OAuth Architect role requires an experienced professional with active SC Clearance to design and implement a complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for a UK public sector project. The position focuses on ensuring secure authentication and authorization processes while collaborating with stakeholders to meet security standards. The contract is for 6 months and is fully remote. The role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the high-level and low-level design of a sophisticated IAM solution.
• Implement and optimise authentication and authorisation workflows.
• Act as an SME in Security Verify Access, ensuring best practices.
• Develop secure API designs utilising OAuth/OIDC and XACML.
• Enhance security using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA/MMFA).
• Automate processes using Python, Ansible, and other Scripting tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security and compliance standards.
