- Recommend approaches for ongoing data governance and maintenance.
- Data Schema Creation
- Develop a data schema that defines how data is structured, organised, stored, and related across systems.
- Provide a clear blueprint that supports reporting, forecasting, and future scalability.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure schema alignment with system architecture.
- Requirements Gathering & Maturation
- Lead structured requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Mature requirements over time, ensuring they remain aligned with programme goals and evolving needs.
