Summary: We're seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant with SC clearance to support a deployment project in a complex enterprise environment. The role is fully remote and classified as outside IR35. The consultant will be responsible for assessing M365 tenant setups and enabling various configurations. Key skills include expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, with a focus on compliance and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess our M365 tenant and Azure AD setup
- Enable & configure Viva Engage in Native Mode
- Plan community structure, governance, and compliance
- Support technical testing, migration, and documentation
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Viva Engage/Yammer
- Experience with M365 groups, identity management, and compliance
- Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus
- Bonus: PowerShell Scripting, Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin)
