Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user identities and access permissions using IAM tools like Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, SailPoint, and AWS Identity.
- Ensure compliance with security principles and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
- Write scripts to automate IAM tasks and integrate IAM solutions with other systems.
- Implement and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of IAM systems.
- Establish and enforce policies for user access based on job roles.
- Provide training and support to SOC Analyst users on IAM tools and procedures.
- Work with the Lead Security Architect to deploy PING ID and AWS Identity securely.
- Integrate IAM solutions with IT systems to streamline identity management processes.
- Define and manage roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access control.
Key Skills:
- Technical proficiency in IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, SailPoint, AWS Identity).
- Strong understanding of security principles and compliance standards.
