Saviynt Engineer

Summary: The Saviynt Engineer role requires a skilled professional with expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to implement, configure, and support Saviynt solutions. The position focuses on identity lifecycle management, access governance, and integrations in hybrid and cloud environments. The candidate will be responsible for customizing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and providing production support. Collaboration with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders is essential for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Saviynt IGA solutions including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Request Management, Access Certifications, Segregation of Duties, and Role Mining.
• Customize and configure workflows, rules, jobs, approvals, notifications, dashboards, analytics, reports, and certification campaigns.
• Perform application onboarding using standard and custom connectors (REST, JDBC, SCIM).
• Develop and maintain integrations with Active Directory and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.
• Build and support custom workflows and APIs within Saviynt.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide production support and operational maintenance.
• Support audits by delivering access evidence, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and tool migrations.
• Maintain strong documentation and follow SDLC processes and change management practices.

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance.
• Hands-on Saviynt experience (EIC / IGA / Security Manager).
• Identity Lifecycle Management (JML).
• Access Certifications & Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Role Engineering & RBAC.
• Saviynt workflows, rules, and configurations.
• API & Integration experience (REST, JDBC, SCIM).
• Integration with AD / Azure AD / Entra ID.
• IAM controls and governance frameworks.
• Audit and compliance (SOX, SOC, etc.).
• Hybrid and cloud IAM environments.
• 6-8 years in IAM / Identity Governance.
• 2-3+ years hands-on Saviynt experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with global teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Certifications: Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP / CISM, AWS / Azure Security Certifications.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
