Summary: The role of Saviynt Developer/SME with Oracle HCM involves providing L3 support and automating processes within the Saviynt platform while collaborating with internal teams to design solutions and troubleshoot issues. The position requires extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM) and a strong understanding of IAM best practices. The candidate will also manage compliance and reporting, ensuring optimal functionality of the Saviynt environment. This role is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Saviynt, troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes.
- Design and implement end-to-end application onboarding solutions within Saviynt based on client requirements.
- Manage SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes.
- Participate in upgrade and release management activities.
- Develop and maintain JML flows to automate tasks and processes within Saviynt.
- Integrate applications with Saviynt using various connectors.
- Configure workflows in ARS and leverage Saviynt analytics tools.
- Manage Saviynt configurations, including Rules Technical User updates, UI Global Configurations, Backend configurations, and GSP files.
- Utilize Java and MySQL queries to interact with Saviynt data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Effectively document solutions and configurations for future reference.
