Summary: We are looking for a Senior SAS Lead Developer with extensive experience in SAS programming and data analysis. The role involves leading SAS development projects, ensuring data integrity, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and project management experience, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAS programming and data analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming, including SAS Base, SAS Macro, and SAS SQL. Experience with SAS BI tools and SAS administration is a plus.
  • Experience with source control/versioning software.
  • Experience with agile development lifecycle.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
