Summary: The SAP WM Consultant role involves leading the implementation of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) in a rollout project for a client. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and supporting the integration of WM processes, ensuring alignment with global templates, and collaborating with various teams. This position requires extensive experience in SAP WM and related logistics processes. The role is contract-based and includes remote work with travel during key project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP WM process design and fit-to-standard workshops
- Configure and implement SAP WM according to the SIKA global template
- Support integration testing, UAT and defect resolution
- Prepare and support cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
- Collaborate closely with global template, local business and technical teams
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP WM implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of WM core processes including inbound/outbound logistics, putaway and picking strategies, stock transfers, and inventory management integration
- Experience working with SAP ECC or S/4HANA WM
- Understanding of warehouse process integration with MM, PP, SD, and QM
- Skilled in running workshops, creating documentation, and coordinating with technical teams
- Experience working with global templates in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international setup

MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP WM implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of WM core processes including:
- Inbound/Outbound logistics
- Putaway and picking strategies
- Stock transfers and warehouse movements
- Handling Units, batch management, and inventory management integration
- Experience working with SAP ECC or S/4HANA WM (EWM experience is a plus but not mandatory)
- Understanding of warehouse process integration with MM, PP, SD, and QM
- Skilled in running workshops, creating documentation, and coordinating with technical teams
- Experience working with global templates, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international setup
