Freelance SAP WM Business Analyst

Overview:

For one of my key global customers, I am seeking a senior level freelance SAP WM Business Analyst. My client has recently acquired another company, so this project involves the integration of the acquired company into my clients SAP system.

The project covers two sites, one in the Dominican Republic and the other in Puerto Rico. You will be working remotely and this is a long-term engagement, the go-live is scheduled for November 2026.


Responsibilities:

Act as intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure communication alignment

Understand the businesses needs and requirements and recommend solutions that align, translate these into functional specifications

Ensure the technical build aligns with the business s functional requirements and design specifications

Manage inventory management processes, stock movements, warehouse operations, and integration with other SAP modules

Oversee goods receipt, goods issue, inventory counts, and ensure smooth warehouse workflows

Facilitate the implementation of SAP WM you will not be configuring the system yourself

Conduct workshops assist in testing, training, cutover planning and go-live support

Key Skills:

Senior-level expertise in SAP WM
Experience with multiple SAP implementation projects
Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes, including their integration with production and quality systems
Previous experience in the medical/pharma industry is desirable

Languages: Fluent Spanish and English 
Location: Remote (may require limited travel to customers site for training/go-live)
