Remote ( the client is based in Canada, You can work remotely from the USA, but you will need to work according to Canadian business hours)

JD-: As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will :

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to workforce management and time tracking.
• Configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) modules. Design Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, and Absence Management solutions. Integrate WFS with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and other HR systems.
• Configure work schedules, pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications and configuration documents.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WFS production issues.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and project managers for successful delivery.
