Key Requirement
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- Design and implement testing plans across WFS modules like Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and scheduling.
- Validate data flow and integration points between WFS and core SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or Payroll.
- Lead testing teams, mentor testers, track defects, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Align test scenarios with business objectives and report testing progress to project managers
