SAP WEBi Consultant

Summary: The SAP WEBi Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using SAP BOBJ tools. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensuring data accuracy and performance. The consultant will also troubleshoot issues related to BOBJ reporting and integrate it with various SAP modules. Additionally, the position includes supporting data governance and conducting user training for deployed reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and universes using SAP BOBJ tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, IDT/UDT, etc.)
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements
• Develop semantic layers (universes) and ensure data accuracy and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BOBJ reporting and data sources
• Integrate SAP BOBJ with various SAP modules and data sources (SAP BW, HANA, etc.)
• Support data governance, security, and user access in BOBJ platform
• Conduct unit testing and user training for deployed reports and dashboards
• Document technical specifications and best practices

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP BOBJ tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, IDT/UDT)
• Experience in gathering and analyzing reporting requirements
• Knowledge of developing semantic layers (universes)
• Ability to troubleshoot BOBJ reporting issues
• Experience integrating SAP BOBJ with SAP BW and HANA
• Understanding of data governance and security in BOBJ
• Experience in conducting unit testing and user training
• Strong documentation skills for technical specifications
