Summary: The SAP UX Architect will spearhead the user experience strategy for SAP transformation projects, focusing on creating intuitive and business-aligned user experiences across various SAP applications. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to design scalable, user-centric solutions that adhere to SAP Fiori and enterprise UX standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- UX Strategy & Architecture
- Define and own the UX vision and architecture for SAP programs (S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Establish UX principles, design patterns, and guidelines aligned with SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and usability across SAP modules and integrated systems.
- User-Centered Design
- Conduct and guide user research, personas, journey mapping, and task analysis.
- Translate business requirements into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction models.
- Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
- SAP-Specific Design Leadership
- Design and review SAP Fiori apps, including analytical, transactional, and freestyle apps.
- Work closely with SAP functional consultants to align UX with business processes.
- Provide UX governance for SAP enhancements, rollouts, and custom developments.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to align UX with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and adherence to UX designs.
- Act as the UX evangelist across the SAP program, influencing design maturity.
- Design Systems & Governance
- Define and maintain a design system / component library for SAP applications.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and compliance with enterprise standards.
