Summary: The SAP Transport Consultant role involves supporting transportation and outbound logistics operations within a large-scale EMEA supply chain environment. The consultant will act as a Subject Matter Expert, ensuring standardization and improvement of logistics processes while collaborating with various stakeholders. This position requires strong SAP experience and the ability to lead testing and training initiatives. The role is fully remote and offers a long-term contract engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for transportation and logistics execution processes
- Support Logistics Operations, IT, and Managed Services teams with issue resolution and process improvements
- Ensure standardisation of transportation and outbound logistics processes
- Support SAP-enabled logistics execution activities including order-to-delivery and freight processes
- Lead testing, business validation, enhancements, and implementation activities
- Deliver user training and support business readiness during upgrades and releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams on transformation initiatives
- Support SAP S/4HANA-related logistics and transportation process changes
Key Skills:
- Strong SAP transportation and logistics execution experience
- Previous hands-on experience with SAP/TMS environments
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and transportation process integration
- Experience with end-to-end transport execution and freight-related processes
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Experience working within global or EMEA environments
