Summary: The SAP Trainer at Madiba, Inc. is responsible for designing and developing comprehensive SAP training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts. This role focuses on creating role-based, end-user training programs and sustainment plans for various projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in SAP training development to enhance organizational change management and streamline documentation processes. The position requires strong collaboration with project managers and stakeholders, particularly those in the East Coast time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and develop SAP Training Material in conjunction with relevant SMEs.
- Manage the scope, design, implement, and roll-out of training.
- Coordinate with project manager on deliverables for master data/data support.
- Create transaction type training materials and oversee end-user training and support materials.
- Develop a comprehensive role-based, end-user training program, curriculum, and sustainment plan for projects.
- Utilize training tools and software for training material design, development, and quality assurance.
- Assist in defining the training modules needed for the relevant functional area.
- Experience creating training documents using Microsoft Word template, OnDemand, and uPerform.
- Roll-out and training on validation controls as applied to ECC and/or S/4Hana environments.
- Define master data validation reports and incorporate them into the month-end process.
- Experience streamlining documentation and flows.
- Experience developing curriculum and training/development manuals.
- Must reside in the East Coast time zone to interface with associated stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- SAP training development experience, preferably with SAP OTC, P2P, RTR and related modules.
- Advanced MS Office skills and good knowledge of SAP functions and applications.
- Experience in organizational change management related to new hierarchies and transaction type usage.
- Utilization of training tools and software (RWD InfoPak, uPerform, WPM, Workforce Performance Builder).
- Experience developing curriculum and training/development manuals.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

The Role:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- SAP training development experience, preferably with SAP OTC, P2P, RTR and related modules.
