Summary: We are looking for a skilled SAP Time Management Consultant to implement and support SAP Time Management processes. The role requires expertise in attendance and absence management, time evaluation, and payroll integration. The consultant will ensure compliance with policies while providing training and support to end users. This position is remote and focuses on long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and support SAP Time Management solutions (on-premise and/or SuccessFactors Time).
  • Manage absence types, attendance types, public holidays, work schedules, and quota accrual rules.
  • Configure positive and negative time recording, time schemas, PCRs, and time evaluation processes.
  • Integrate time data with payroll and external attendance systems (e.g., biometric or clock-in/out devices).
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and align time processes with local labor laws.
  • Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot system or user issues related to time tracking.
  • Support end users and provide training on time entry, approvals, and self-service tools (ESS/MSS).
  • Maintain documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and process flows.
  • Stay current on time management-related legal and compliance requirements by region or industry.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience with SAP HCM Time Management or SuccessFactors Employee Central Time.
  • Strong configuration skills in time evaluation, time schemas, PCRs, and quotas.
  • Knowledge of work schedules, holiday calendars, and leave rules.
  • Experience integrating time data with SAP Payroll and third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with ESS/MSS functionality related to time recording.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
