Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP Test Manager with over 12 years of experience in managing comprehensive testing for SAP projects, including implementations and upgrades. The candidate should possess a robust understanding of various SAP modules and demonstrate leadership in developing testing strategies and ensuring quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the overall SAP testing strategy, including unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT phases.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional testing teams across multiple SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors).
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts using tools like HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, or JIRA.

  • Monitor test execution, track progress, and report test metrics to stakeholders.
